1. Definitions. As used in this clause –
   • “Commercial item” assumes the meaning defined in Federal Acquisition Regulation 2.101.
   • “Subcontract” involves a transfer of commercial items between divisions, subsidiaries or affiliates of the contractor or subcontractor at any tier.

This contractor and subcontractor shall abide by the requirements of 41 CFR 60-741.5(a).
